Tomasina Ray oversees the exhibition, preservation, and study of over 5,500 authentic artifacts. She was also the Project Lead for Titanic Expedition 2024, RMS Titanic Inc’s 9th expedition to the wreck site. Tomasina and her dedicated team shoulder the responsibility of comprehensive documentation of each artifact, conducting essential research and safeguards the artifacts throughout their journeys to TITANIC: The Artifact Exhibition traveling exhibitions all over the world. This ensures the artifacts’ integrity is upheld and that their historical significance is fully understood. Notably, Tomasina’s expertise enables her to offer insights into the artifacts. Her knowledge spans their origins, conditions, recovery stories, and the intricate art of conservation. She illuminates the details that often escape the casual observer, enhancing the appreciation of these remarkable pieces.
